Returns & Exchanges

Here at Hopscotch our top priority is to make our customers happy.

We understand shopping for shoes online can be tricky, so we offer you a flexible exchange policy.

As our stock is limited and in high demand full price shoes only may be  exchanged for a different size, style or a store credit within 14 days.

Exchanges: 
If you purchased the wrong size and you would like to exchange it or you would like a different style please send us an email at
info@hopscotchaustralia.com.au otherwise store credit will be issued.

Sale Items: 
We do not accept exchanges on sale items - we are happy to refund faulty items. 


Non-returnable items:
Tights/Socks
Gift cards

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be exchanged.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
